Operator / Technical Assistant

Job description

The Operator / Technical Assistant role at Goa is responsible to execute assigned shop-floor or departmental activities as per approved SOPs and safety requirements in Engineering. Responsibilities include preventive and breakdown maintenance, utility/HVAC or equipment support, qualification activities, engineering documentation, spare coordination and ensuring safe, reliable and compliant plant operations. Candidates should have ITI / Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical / HVAC ) with relevant exposure to the role. The candidate must maintain proper documentation, follow SOPs, support audits, coordinate with cross-functional teams and contribute to quality, safety, productivity and compliance targets.
