Job description

The Manager � Formulation Development role at Casablanca, Morocco is responsible to manage daily operations, guide team members, drive execution and ensure timely delivery of departmental objectives in R&D / Formulation Development. Responsibilities include manufacturing, filling, packing or process operations as applicable, equipment operation, BMR/BPR documentation, yield monitoring, line clearance support and strict adherence to GMP, safety and production schedules. Candidates should have M.Pharm / M.Sc Pharmaceutical Sciences / Process Engineering (PhD preferred) with relevant exposure to the role. The candidate must maintain proper documentation, follow SOPs, support audits, coordinate with cross-functional teams and contribute to quality, safety, productivity and compliance targets.
