Job description

The Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager role at Vijayawada is responsible to manage daily operations, guide team members, drive execution and ensure timely delivery of departmental objectives in Engineering & Maintenance. Responsibilities include preventive and breakdown maintenance, utility/HVAC or equipment support, qualification activities, engineering documentation, spare coordination and ensuring safe, reliable and compliant plant operations. Candidates should have B.Tech / Diploma with relevant exposure to the role. The candidate must maintain proper documentation, follow SOPs, support audits, coordinate with cross-functional teams and contribute to quality, safety, productivity and compliance targets.
