Job description

The Officer / Senior Officer / Executive / Senior Executive / Manager role at Sikkim is responsible to manage daily operations, guide team members, drive execution and ensure timely delivery of departmental objectives in Production for OSD. Responsibilities include manufacturing, filling, packing or process operations as applicable, equipment operation, BMR/BPR documentation, yield monitoring, line clearance support and strict adherence to GMP, safety and production schedules. Candidates should have B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Tech with relevant exposure to the role. The candidate must maintain proper documentation, follow SOPs, support audits, coordinate with cross-functional teams and contribute to quality, safety, productivity and compliance targets.
