Job description

The Plant Head role at Hyderabad(Bhongir) is responsible to lead the overall function, define strategy, manage teams and ensure business outcomes in Operations. Responsibilities include handling function-specific operations, documentation, coordination with cross-functional teams, compliance with company SOPs and timely completion of assigned targets. Candidates should have B.Pharm / M.Pharm with relevant exposure to the role. The candidate must maintain proper documentation, follow SOPs, support audits, coordinate with cross-functional teams and contribute to quality, safety, productivity and compliance targets.
