Job description

The Manager � Product Validation & Product Transfer role at Cherry Hill, New Jersey, USA is responsible to manage daily operations, guide team members, drive execution and ensure timely delivery of departmental objectives in Validation / Technical Services / Project Management. Responsibilities include batch record review, line clearance, deviation/CAPA/change-control support, APQR/QMS documentation, audit readiness and compliance with cGMP, SOPs and regulatory expectations. Candidates should have B.S. Engineering or Scientific Discipline with relevant exposure to the role. The candidate must maintain proper documentation, follow SOPs, support audits, coordinate with cross-functional teams and contribute to quality, safety, productivity and compliance targets.
